Our floor plans are designed to help potential tenants imagine themselves in their new home. They give a detailed narrative of the property to help rent them as quickly as possible and avoid unnecessary viewings. 

An experienced member of our team will thoroughly measure the property with a laser measuring device, then digitally design a detailed map of each floor. This is used to illustrate room types, room sizes, the location of walls, windows, doors, and stairs; as well as fixed installations such as bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinetry, and appliances throughout. They may also include outdoor areas if required.

Once a clear floor plan is drawn, we will then take professional photos of the each room to increase potential tenants. Our photographers have years of experience finding the perfect angle for the prefect shot.
