At Eazy O Living we thrive to look after client property as if it were our own. We aim to provide tenants for properties within 10 days, whilst completing all the relevant checks. Once occupied we take care of all the work, while you sit back and take it Easy!

We’re different from other agents as our fee also includes; Gas safety certificate, energy performance certificate (EPC), Electrical certificate (EICR) and Inventories! 

Let only:

As simple as it can be, a Let only service allows you to handle all of the property services while we find suitable tenants for you. On our side we will advertise the property on our own website and leading property market sources, hold viewings, and once a suitable tenant is allocated, conduct all vital checks such as right to remain, credit checks, references and organise the tenancy on your behalf. We then take the tenant’s deposit and first rental payment.

Once the tenant has moved in, their deposit has been placed in a deposit protection scheme (or wherever you decide to hold it). You have one month’s rent paid in advance, and responsibility for managing the property reverts back to you.
